ABOUT REED CHAPPELL	Reed Chappell studied in Memphis, Tennessee under painter and art instructor Bill Hicks. Reed attended college at The School of Visual Arts in Manhattan, NY in the 1990s on an art scholarship. He has been pursuing a career as a portrait artist since 1992 starting when he was still in college in New York. He has painted many socialites in Memphis, New Orleans, and Scottsdale. He has also painted oil paintings of a couple of movie stars, several physicians, lawyers, and the corporate elite as well as their children and families from all areas of the United States. His hobbies are reading, comic book illustration, playing guitar, and he is also a movie buff. Currently he has residences in Scottsdale, Arizona and in New Orleans where he has several clients.
