CRYSTAL PARURE

Victorian Citrine Crystal Parure Item VP7129 I love the casual elegance of this necklace set that bespeaks a woman of confidence and style. “What, this old thing? I just threw it on." Circa late 1800s and originally intended to pass for precious gems and gold, these fabulous crystal and brass antique lovelies are now valued for more than their ability to fool the eye. REVIVAL

CAMEO DOG

COLLAR

Victorian Revival Cameo Dog Collar Item VN9528 This 1920s to 1940s Victorian Revival dog collar is breathtaking! Stunning gold filled engraved metal partners with a mother of pearl beautifully carved cameo. Since Gold filled jewelry has 100% more gold than gold plating, it is meant to last forever. And in fact, the surface is solid gold! Sassy has not seen many gold filled cameo necklaces making this jewel a pretty rare piece. Worn as a dog collar, it gracefully hugs the throat and is best worn high on the neck. And do you really think you will every see someone else with an identical necklace? I don't think so! It looks simply gorgeous with an open back blouse and just as perfect for a low cut dress for evenings out. A beautiful piece intricately engraved to accentuate the grace of your own lines -- the cameo was once thought to remind men where to look for the beauty of woman (the face, neck, shoulders and bosom). It's but a short trip from the carving to the sweet femininity of your own lovely throat.. And it will fit just about any neck. It is adjustable from 10" to 15 and 1/4" long and backed with gold mesh. It closes with a hook clasp and dangling golden tassel. Quite rare! xcellent condition. SOLD
