And just as you'd imagine from the old jewelers, each link was carefully welded. Sweet little grape clusters lead up to a larger grape and leaves cluster at the front. The necklace has a 26.8 gram sterling heft. Take a very magnified look which shows one itsy bitsy ding on one of the grapes which of course is expected for its age, The largest cluster is 1 and 1/2" tall by 1 and 5/8" across and 1/4" thick. The overall length of the necklace is 16 " long. It closes with a wide vintage sterling hook clasp.
