Sassy was trying to date it and this is what she said: "Enameling was popular in the 1920s and so were flowers. Enameling was again popular in the 1960s. Metal, not counting sterling, was used during the war for wartime efforts from approximately 1938 to 1946. It was not used for jewelry. I do not believe this is from the 20s but it certainly is older than the 60s and most likely later than the end of the war. Therefore, I'm going to say 1950s or so." And then she gave me her smile.
