Circa 1980s, it has the highest quality stones and lustrous creamy off white pearls. Very well made... of course!... it's a Christian Dior. The centerpiece is made of up of curved lustrous gold plating and a beautiful set of golden bars with pave' set rhinestones. This spectacular DeMario Demi parure (vocabulary) is a designer masterpiece made to bring fantasy to life. What an out of this world necklace! Circa late 1940s, this beauty is absolutely dripping with opulent jewels in the form of turquoise crystals with amazing facets that capture even the slightest bit of light. A single strand of faceted round crystals softly sweep around your neck with the richest color of turquoise you've ever seen. Dangling down from more than half way around the necklace are a multitude of faceted turquoise discs with ornate golden filigree holders studded with rhinestones. They add an absolutely stunning amount of color and drama to the necklace which is adjustable from 14" to 16" and closes with a hook clasp. It is 1 and 1/2" wide and sparkles like pristine turquoise blue water when the light hits the wonderful clusters. Equally beautiful is the matching 7 and 1/2" long, 1 and 5/8" wide bracelet. The round crystals of the strand are smaller and balanced by larger dangling turquoise crystal discs and filigree holders. It closes with a spring ring clasp. The dangling full clip back crystal earrings that complete the parure are daring dazzlers with an elegant air. They are a generous 2" long by 1 and 1/2" wide and have little pearls dangling with the fiilgree and crystals. DeMario was only in business from 1945 to 1960 making this set quite rare and highly desirable. The design aesthetics are superbly sublime. This chic estate beauty with it's high quality artistic design and beautiful workmanship has all the qualities of an upper end designer bracelet. And that's exactly what it is! DeNicola worked on his own for a fairly short time and I believe that was in the 1960s. A fairly rare find, his work was of the highest quality. The bangle is 1" wide at the front and the aquamarine glass stone is stunning. The front is studded with faux diamonds. It's 9/16" long by 3/8" wide with beautiful color. The bangle is 2 and 1/4" in diameter and is very slightly oval. The hinge works well and holds well. The bracelet is not only maginative but it looks like the real thing.
