SOLD EARLY MIRIAM HASKELL DANGLE BROOCH	Early Miriam Haskell Poured Glass Dangle Brooch (not signed) Item DHB7834 Miriam Haskell's mastery of beads and glass is always a magical conversation starter and this circa late 1920s to early 1930s (before WWII when she started wiring onto cellulolid backings) piece is an exceptional example of her famed flair! Hand poured glass beads in hot, haute hues encircle two deep purple beads in the wide brooch centerpiece. These beautiful glass gems are wired onto a metal backing that plays the backdrop for the cascading dangling glass beads. A V-shaped golden chain angles downward where colorful glass beads form its links. In the center is a single, large red glass bead that adds extra pizzazz to this perfect piece!
